Diners start with a bowl of soup, which comes in three flavors–the Sichuan spicy, tomato-based, or the basic both. Then add a selection of carbs like rice, potatoes, or noodles; vegetables and proteins like tofu, pork or beef balls, etc. Servers will make your soup right before you, guaranteeing an engaging and interactive dining experience.
